All prices in the online store are listed in NOK including VAT.

We offer safe and simple payment with Visa and Klarna Checkout.

Shipping & delivery

We offer a fixed shipping rate of NOK 89 on most orders. Certain larger products, such as traps and similar items, may have separate shipping costs.

Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. All deliveries from Sportsfiskebutikken.no are sent with Posten to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Packages normally arrive at your pickup point within 2–6 business days after dispatch. You will receive a pickup notification by SMS or email. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number and address when placing your order.

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any transport damage must be reported to the pickup location on the same day the package is received.

Packages that are not collected and returned to us may be charged a fee of up to NOK 500 to cover shipping and handling costs.

Returns & right of withdrawal

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the product. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you decide to keep the item.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Complaints & warranty claims

Have you received a damaged or defective product? Please take a photo of the issue and contact us by email so we can assist you.

In the event of an approved claim, the product may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or partially refunded depending on the situation.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

For approved claims, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Please always contact us by email before returning a product for complaint or warranty handling.

For transport damage, the deadline mentioned under shipping and delivery applies. Damage must be reported on the same day the package is received.
