Black Hole Cape Cod Special 54B Spiral - 250g (Multi)

The Black Hole Cape Cod Special 54B Spiral is designed for vertical jigging targeting powerful saltwater species, where a combination of low weight, excellent control, and high lifting power is essential. The rod is constructed using nano carbon and WXW carbon reinforcement, resulting in a lightweight yet highly durable blank with exceptional strength and load-bearing capacity. These rods have a long history of landing exceptionally large fish on light-rated tackle, including a 120 kg halibut on the 150 g model and a 1,000 lb bluefin tuna on the 450 g model. Based on our own experience, they are virtually impossible to break and can withstand enormous loads. The parabolic action distributes pressure evenly throughout the entire rod during a fight with large fish. This provides a more comfortable fishing experience under heavy loads and helps maintain control when the fish makes powerful dives. The 54B Spiral is a one-piece rod measuring 5'4" with a casting/jig weight rating of up to 250 grams. Its spiral-wrapped guides help reduce twisting forces on the blank under pressure, providing greater stability when fishing with conventional reels. The rod is fitted with Fuji SiC guides, a Fuji reel seat, an EVA handle, and an aluminum gimbal, making it well suited for demanding saltwater environments.
