The smaller sizes in the Certate SW lineup are now also available with Airdrive Design! The 24 Certate SW offshore reels perfectly combine rugged strength with maximum user comfort. Thanks to the Airdrive Rotor made from Zaion material, a lighter rotor can be used to reduce inertia and increase sensitivity during fishing. The hollow Airdrive Bail minimizes line tangles thanks to its redesigned structure and offers easier handling, especially in windy conditions. The Airdrive Shaft reduces the contact area between the shaft and pinion gear, delivering an exceptionally smooth rotation feel. The oversized machined Tough Digigear features enlarged gear teeth that easily handle the heavy pressure of offshore fishing. The aluminium MQ body construction provides outstanding power transfer and torsional rigidity. Magsealed construction on both the line roller and main shaft prevents saltwater and dirt particles from entering the reel, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion. The ATD drag system with carbon drag washers is built to handle even the toughest fights. Features a round EVA power knob. Drag System Size 4000 is equipped with 3 carbon drag washers. Sizes 5000 and 6000 are equipped with 5 carbon drag washers.
