The Ballistic you know and love has been redesigned and upgraded. Still built around the LT Concept for ultimate lightweight and tough performance, it now features a Monocoque Body (MQ) for increased power and a more compact frame. The MQ design allows for larger internal gearing, delivering greater winding power and improved long-term durability. The 360-degree screw-in side plate removes the need for traditional side plate screws, resulting in a more compact and weather-resistant body. The new ZAION-V material is a refined version of Daiwa’s renowned Zaion construction, combining lightweight performance with excellent rigidity, strength, and corrosion resistance. Combined with a Magsealed main shaft, the Ballistic MQ LT is protected against water and debris intrusion, making it ready for demanding freshwater and saltwater battles. The reel delivers excellent casting performance and extremely smooth operation thanks to its 8-bearing system.
