Höwk Rocky – softbait for active sea fishing
Höwk Rocky is a large softbait developed for targeted fishing for predatory fish in saltwater. It is suitable for several fishing methods, including vertical fishing from a boat, trolling and casting from a boat or shore with suitable equipment.
The angled jig head helps the bait sink with a sideways movement that gives a more lifelike walk in the water. The head and eyes have a luminescent surface that makes the bait visible in low light conditions and in deeper water.
The soft silicone body is designed to create movement and vibrations as you work the bait through the water. The belly is hollow, so you can add scents if needed. The bait comes fully rigged with a jig head, main hook and assist hook at the tail, as well as an extra body.
Höwk Rocky is particularly suitable for fishing for larger predatory fish. In Nordic waters it can be an alternative to targeted sea fishing for species such as large saithe, cod and halibut, provided you choose a weight that suits the depth, current and your equipment.
