Steel mooring ring for permanent moorings of boats, buoys or piers, among other things. The ring shape and the designed fins allow the mooring to dig into the seabed when exposed to draft, giving it better grip.
The mooring line or chain is attached to the welded-on bracket. The mooring ring is primed and painted in gray for extra protection.
