Information
The PENN® Ally II standup trolling rod is specifically designed to fish for the largest European bluefin tuna. The one-piece tubular blank construction with X-wrap technology prevents the rod from twisting under heavy load, and is ideal for maximum pressure on the fish with a mechanical advantage for the angler. With ideal construction and quality craftsmanship, the Ally II standup trolling rod should be your first choice when looking for an offshore trolling rod. Equipped with top quality components, including PacBay reels, these rods are capable of stopping the biggest fish out in the deep blue. Comes with a short, curved butt, ideal for anglers who like to fight tuna standup. The EVA grips give anglers extra comfort for long fights and maximize grip on hard-pulling fish.
