Thanks to the Airdrive Rotor made from Zaion material, a lighter rotor can be used to reduce inertia and increase sensitivity during fishing. The hollow Airdrive Bail minimizes line tangles thanks to its redesigned structure and offers easier handling, especially in windy conditions. The Airdrive Shaft reduces the contact area between the shaft and pinion gear, delivering an exceptionally smooth rotation feel. The oversized machined Tough Digigear features enlarged gear teeth that easily handle the heavy pressure of offshore fishing. The aluminium MQ body construction provides outstanding power transfer and torsional rigidity. Magsealed construction on both the line roller and main shaft prevents saltwater and dirt particles from entering the reel, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion.
