PRICES

Sportsfiskebutikken.no always aims to offer the best possible quality at the best possible price. In our store, you will find products at consistently low prices, and all prices listed in the online store include VAT but exclude shipping. Shipping costs are added separately and vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Sportsfiskebutikken reserves the right to correct pricing errors, discounts, or price changes.

PAYMENT

Sportsfiskebutikken.no only accepts payments through Kustom Checkout. Kustom provides a flexible and seamless checkout experience with a wide range of payment options.

PRICE MATCH

Sportsfiskebutikken.no offers price matching. If you find an identical product at a lower price from another Norwegian online store with stock located in Norway, we will match the price. Conditions for price matching: – The product must be identical (model, size, color) – The competitor must be a registered Norwegian retailer – The price must be publicly available and valid at the time of purchase – Shipping, campaigns, discount codes, membership offers, and pricing errors are not included. Price matching must be requested before purchase and documented with a link to the competitor’s offer. Sportsfiskebutikken.no reserves the right to decline price matching if the conditions are not met.

SHIPPING

Orders from Sportsfiskebutikken.no are shipped with Posten. This ensures reliable and fast delivery, user-friendly service, and competitive shipping rates. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the products and are automatically updated as items are added to the shopping cart. You can always see how the shipping price changes by checking the shipping field in the cart. Keep in mind that the shipping cost is often the same whether you buy one or several products, making it beneficial to plan purchases and order multiple items together. Sportsfiskebutikken.no currently offers a fixed shipping rate of NOK 89. (Some exceptions apply.)

DELIVERY

All packages sent from us will normally arrive at your pickup location within 2–6 business days from the shipping date. You will receive a pickup notification via SMS or email. To ensure successful delivery, it is important that the correct phone number and address are entered during registration.

WARRANTIES

All products in the store are covered by consumer protection laws and include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the day the customer receives the item. If the product is clearly intended to last longer than 2 years, the warranty period is extended to 5 years. In some cases, the manufacturer may provide additional warranty coverage. In the event of defects or issues, the buyer must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. The product must be returned to Sportsfiskebutikken.no for repair or service. If repair is not possible, the customer will be offered a replacement product. In the case of returns or warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When receiving goods from Sportsfiskebutikken.no, a withdrawal form is included. According to Norwegian consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you are free to return the product and receive a refund to your account. Unless the seller has failed to fulfill their part of the agreement, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
